Who am I?
My name is Charlene Chow (she/her/hers). I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) based in Massachusetts, and serving 3 other states in addition.

MA, Mental Health Counseling & Behavioral Medicine (Boston University School of Medicine)
MPH, Health Management & Policy (Drexel University School of Public Health)
What is my approach?
My practice is informed by a pre-medical foundation, the holistic mind-body connection, and over two decades of clinical work in medical and psychiatric settings. My approach is cognitive-behavioral, person-centered, strength-based, trauma-informed, and culturally sensitive. I am also a proud provider with the Lotus Therapy Fund.
It is my passion to collaborate with adults of all ages, inclusive of racial and cultural identity, gender, sexual orientation, spiritual beliefs and other life experiences. I believe everyone needs help sometimes, and everyone deserves help and understanding always.
